Caribbean Cruises Ltd to preselect and process qualified candidates in U.S.A.,
Colombia, Western Europe , Australia and New Zealand. And for Norwegian
Cruise Line in Colombia, Costa Rica, Panama and now in Europe.
We are a team of recruiters with over 20 years of experience in the cruising
industry with Recruiting Specialists located in Miami, Portugal, France, Sweden,
Spain, Australia, Colombia and Costa Rica.

11. Requirements to Qualify for a job onboard RCCL or NCL

Minimum 75 % English fluency (for all
brands).
Minimum age to work onboard is
21.
At least 1 year of experience in the
position applying for.
Youth Staff Candidates require 3
years experience working with
children.
Physically in good shape and able to
lift up to 50 Lbs/23 Kgs.
Complete a full physical as required
by the Cruise Line and get a Fit for
Duty.

Must have a professional appearance
and good hygiene.
Be able to provide positive
employment references and a clean
police back ground check.
Valid Passport for at least one year.
If joining Pullmantur Cruises, STCW
Certification required.
Be able to qualify for a C1D visa and
any other required visas itinerary
driven.
12. Life Onboard
Cabin accommodation of up to two people per cabin onboard Royal
Caribbean and more than two on Celebrity and on Norwegian Cruise
Line.

13. Selection Process…

for entering the process to join one of the Cruises Lines SSG
Represents.
• All Culinary applicants must present Culinary Degree/Diploma.
• All Youth Staff applicants must have a University Degree in Pedagogy
or Psychology and proof of 3 years experience working with children.
• Prescreening Interview with The Seven Seas Group/SSG Evropa
Recruiting Specialist.
14. Selection Process
• NCL Candidates must present Marlin’s Test only if pre-approved
and pass with a min score of 75%.
• Present to Cruise Line for final interview.
• Specialty Positions may require additional interview(s) with
Operations Shoreside.
• If approved by Cruise Line the process will follow by ship
assignment, Visa(s), medical, Police clearance & travel.
• Joining costs will vary between Cruise Lines and brands.
Candidate will be informed of approx joining costs on approval.
• Process can take 6 – 8 months.
