- Objectives of the Project: 1- Increase our understanding of the sources and handling of pollutants of common concern across North America 2- Promote public access to information 3- Improve the comparability of PRTRs in North America, and the use of PRTR data for priority-setting and decision-making in order to protect shared ecosystems, reduce pollution, and improve the management of toxic substances
- For transfers of 1,2-Dichloroethane from Mex to US: all went to one Texas facility, Clean Harbors Deer Park For transfers of zinc, lead and manganese compounds from US to Mexico, all went to one company (various Zinc Nacional facilities in Monterrey, NL)
