Lin, "開放授權與數位館藏管理的實作策略" CC BY-NC-SA 4.0. 在文化領域，國際間已產生OpenGLAM (Galleries, Libraries, Archives and Museums)這般的專門名詞，來指涉公務美術館、圖書館、檔案館，以及博物館數位化館藏的自由及開放近用風潮。事實上，歐盟公部門資訊再利用法律指令(Directive 2003/98/EC)，已於2013年的修訂裡，將公務博物館、圖書館，以及檔案館列入適用範圍內，敦促歐盟各會員國，須以更開放及數位可及的方式，來推動館藏資料的公眾共享，此一國際趨勢的轉變，也正影響我國典藏與文化機構的數位授權與管理策略。本專題演講，將從著作權的基礎概念進行綱要說明，讓一般執事人員，能進一步通曉僱聘及委外關係裡，著作權利應如何處理和分配，繼而在此基礎上，說明如何善用開放授權的機制來達到推廣館藏，並能適度進行權利管理的實際作法，講述的內容包括創用CC授權(Creative Commons Licenses)機制，以及文化資產權利公告模組的實作，以利博物館數位館藏資料處理，及相關事務人員，於未來工作職掌上可據以學習、了解，及應用。 此檔案採PDF編輯格式提供；除另有聲明外,本簡報內容採用 Creative Commons 姓名標示-非商業性-相同方式分享 4.0 版授權條款。
