4. TPMS Functions, Monitoring, Escalation
Shroti Telecom Pvt. Ltd, TPMS (Theft Prevention Management Systems) Own proprietary Hardware
Module that can integrate with all assets like batteries, generators, RF/ DC power cables,BTS
racks,RRU, battery chillers and all desirable active and passive assets at Tower Sites which are under
threat of Theft.
 TPMS Generates the Alarm – Door Open, Battery Bank Loop Break, Battery Bank Disconnected,
Equipment Cover Open, Supply Not Available, Internal Battery Stand by Low, DC Fails.
 All these Alarms escalated via API Calling and sends the SMS as per defined Levels.
 24 X 7 SOC Team escalated these alarms from Level 1 to Level 5 as per defined and requirement of
the customer
 During Alarm Generation Hooter operates at sites.
 Customer can monitor all analytics via App at any remote locations. (Active, Pending Site status,
Current Alarm status and all relevant Details.
 For any query our 24 X 7 SOC team and Field Engineer will support Online, On Site for resolution.
