AN ACHIEVER IS A PERSON WHO : 
 is personally driven to become better 
Is highly motivated to do the work required 
 Consistently delivers high quality results on time and on budget 
 Takes great pride in doing high quality work 
 Works well with a broad and diverse group of people 
 Will commit and deliver high-quality results despite the 
challenges 
 Doesn’t make excuses; just gets it done somehow 
 Volunteers for tough tasks or takes them on despite personal 
inconvenience

THE DRIVING FORCE OF AN 
ACHIEVER 
• THE PROCESS OF CONVERTING RESOURCES TO RESULTS IS STRATEGIC. 
• ONLY THOSE WHO CAN UNDERSTAND THIS WILL ACHIEVE MEANINGFULLY 
IN YEAR 2015. 
• THE DRIVING FORCE OF ACHIEVEMENT IS: 
INTENTIONAL 
LIVING
THE NON-INTENTIONAL 
SYNDROME 
• WE ARE MORE RELAXED NOT TO ATTEMPT THINGS 
THAT REQUIRE MORE THAN WHAT WE HAVE AT 
PRESENT. 
• EXAMPLE: BUILDING A HOUSE IN 2015 WHEN WE DO NOT OWN A PIECE OF LAND AND 
MONEY TO BUILD AT PRESENT. 
• MEANWHILE WE LOVE TO ACQUIRE/ACHIEVE 
SOMETHING GREAT DESPITE OUR LACK OF THE 
REQUIRED RESOURCES. 
• EXAMPLE: OWNING A =N=300M WORTH OF ASSETS 
• WE BECOME DIS-ADVANTAGED WHEN WE EVENTUALLY 
CANNOT ACHIEVE OR ACQUIRE WHAT WE LOVE OR 
DESIRE TO GET AT THE END OF THE DAY. 
• EXAMPLE: low-self esteem, lack of confidence in self and loss of happiness
THE EMERGENCE OF THE DIS-ADVANTAGED 
MAJORITY 
• THE SOCIETY AT LARGE IS NOW DIVIDED INTO 2: 
 DIS-ADVANTAGED MAJORITY: 80% 
Their livelihood is dependent on the advantaged 
They make 20% of the available money in the economy 
They consume what they do not or cannot produce 
They get 20% of opportunities at the workplace 
They attempt what their capacities cannot handle 
They lose focus and easily get discouraged when problems arise 
They talk more and do less CONSISTENTLY 
They are often non –intentional in their approach to life 
Their achievement is often accidental 
 ADVANTAGED MINORITY: 20% 
They rule the disadvantaged 
They make 80% of the available money in the economy 
They produce what they do not consume 
They get 80% of opportunities at the workplace 
They attempt and achieve what their capacities can/cannot handle 
They maintain focus and encouraged themselves more when problems arise 
They do more CONSISTENTLY and talk less 
They are always intentional in their approach to life 
Their achievement is intentional
THE TRANSITION 
• MOVING FROM THE DISADVANTAGED TO THE 
ADVANTAGED REQUIRES SWITCH IN ACTION. 
 STOP DOING WHAT IS NOT WORKING 
 START DOING WHAT WORKS 
• BE MORE INTENTIONAL BY : 
 CREATING A LONG AND BETTER VISION/MISSION 
 SETTING GOALS TOWARDS THE REALITY OF YOUR VISION 
 MAKE PROBLEMS OPPORTUNITIES 
 ACHIEVE WHAT YOU NEED/WANT TO ACHIEVE. 
• THESE ARE WHAT THE ADVANTAGED-MINORITY DO TO 
BECOME ACHIEVERS.
CREATING 2015 ACHIEVEMENTS 
• WHAT IS YOUR PURPOSE? THIS IS THE REASON WHY YOU LIVE. 
UNTILL YOU KNOW IT YOU ARE NOT QUALIFIED TO LIVE. 
• WHAT IS YOUR VISION? THIS IS THE PICTURE/FUTURE OF YOUR 
PURPOSE 
• WHAT IS YOUR MISSION? THIS IS THE PURSUIT OF YOUR PURPOSE 
IN 2015 
• SETTING YOUR GOALS: THESE ARE YOUR PURSUITS WELL DEFINED 
AND ANALYZED.
CONCLUSION 
• Secret Law of Achievement: 
the higher the desire level, the lower the difficulty level to the reality 
of success”. 
 Let your desire be the most pressing thing in your heart till you 
achieve it. 
 Let your “difficulty” or “impossibility” mindedness be reduced. 
• CONFESSION: 
• I am more advantaged to succeed based on how much intentional 
I am. Hence I vow to be more intentional to my success in 2015 
by the help of God almighty. Amen.

THE NON-INTENTIONAL SYNDROME • WE ARE MORE RELAXED NOT TO ATTEMPT THINGS THAT REQUIRE MORE THAN WHAT WE HAVE AT PRESENT. • EXAMPLE: BUILDING A HOUSE IN 2015 WHEN WE DO NOT OWN A PIECE OF LAND AND MONEY TO BUILD AT PRESENT. • MEANWHILE WE LOVE TO ACQUIRE/ACHIEVE SOMETHING GREAT DESPITE OUR LACK OF THE REQUIRED RESOURCES. • EXAMPLE: OWNING A =N=300M WORTH OF ASSETS • WE BECOME DIS-ADVANTAGED WHEN WE EVENTUALLY CANNOT ACHIEVE OR ACQUIRE WHAT WE LOVE OR DESIRE TO GET AT THE END OF THE DAY. • EXAMPLE: low-self esteem, lack of confidence in self and loss of happiness

THE EMERGENCE OF THE DIS-ADVANTAGED MAJORITY • THE SOCIETY AT LARGE IS NOW DIVIDED INTO 2:  DIS-ADVANTAGED MAJORITY: 80% Their livelihood is dependent on the advantaged They make 20% of the available money in the economy They consume what they do not or cannot produce They get 20% of opportunities at the workplace They attempt what their capacities cannot handle They lose focus and easily get discouraged when problems arise They talk more and do less CONSISTENTLY They are often non –intentional in their approach to life Their achievement is often accidental  ADVANTAGED MINORITY: 20% They rule the disadvantaged They make 80% of the available money in the economy They produce what they do not consume They get 80% of opportunities at the workplace They attempt and achieve what their capacities can/cannot handle They maintain focus and encouraged themselves more when problems arise They do more CONSISTENTLY and talk less They are always intentional in their approach to life Their achievement is intentional

THIS IS THE PICTURE/FUTURE OF YOUR PURPOSE • WHAT IS YOUR MISSION? THIS IS THE PURSUIT OF YOUR PURPOSE IN 2015 • SETTING YOUR GOALS: THESE ARE YOUR PURSUITS WELL DEFINED AND ANALYZED.
