     o Presently working as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Soma Isolux Tollway Comany [A Joint
        initiative of Soma Enterprise (www.soma.in) and Isolux Corsan (www.isoluxcorsan.com)], managing
        the execution and operations of the JV, which presently has four national highways development
        project (700kms costing approximately US $2.25 Billion) on Design, Build, Finance, Operate &
        Transfer basis.
     o As Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Gherzi Eastern Limited (A 50 year old joint initiative of
        Gherzi AG of Switzerland & Wadia Group, India, operating in Engineering Consultancy domain for
        industrial, infrastructure and built environment projects) was responsible for managing business
        operations worth US$ 30 Million involving more than 800 professional Engineers, Architects & Project
        Managers working on projects worth US$ 2 billion.
     o As Assistant Vice President (Project Management) - Feasibility, Tendering, Detailed Design,
        Tendering & Project Management of “Development and up-gradation of 1000km road network in
        Rajasthan” for IL&FS helped develop skills and understanding of Financial Planning and cost
        management of BOT projects.
     o Business Planning, & Setting up and Managing the sub-regional office at Salalah for CES as an
        independent profit centre, building up the team and Business Development. Procurement of
        works such as Salaha Urban Infrastructure Development and Salalah Port Development.
     o Gained experience on Private Equity & Project Financing while working with SARE Group (as
        Associate Director – Project Management) & Tricone Group (as Sr Vice President –
        Construction) on PE funding of large real estate / township projects through FDI route.

•   Jan 2011 – Dec 2011: Gherzi Eastern Limited (A 50 year old joint initiative of Gherzi AG
    of Zurich, Switzerland and Wadia Group of Mumbai, India, involved in Design,
    Engineering & Project Management Consultancy in Industrial, Infrastructure & Built
    Environment / Land Development Projects).

•   Oct 2008 – Dec 2010: Tricone Projects India Limited – A 100% subsidiary for Real
    Estate Development of Tricone Group (A UK based $400million Real Estate
    Development Fund)
    o   As Senior Vice President - Construction was responsible for Project Management &
        Construction of Projects procured by the Group. The key responsibilities were:
           § Pre Deal Evaluation of Business Plan and Investment Advisory;

        the project where the group had invested. The key responsibilities were:
            § Pre Deal Evaluation of Business Plan and Investment Advisory;
            § Cost Analysis and Validation of IRR,

    IL&FS Group) for an SPV called RIDCOR {Road Infrastructure Development Company of
    Rajasthan – A Joint Venture of IL&FS and Government of Rajsthan} involved in 1000 km
    long Highway Development Project in Rajasthan (US$ 300 Million).

    o   As Assistant Vice President (Jan 2006 – Dec 2006) was responsible for two
        packages (Dausa to Kota & Baran to Jhalawar) totalling 300kms costing US$ 100
        million. The Key responsibilities were:
             § Detailed Design & Engineering;
             § Contract Administration;
             § Construction Management;

    o   As Deputy General Manager - Planning (May 2005 to Dec 2005) was responsible for
        all pre-construction activities and MIS of project. The Key Responsibilities were:
             § Feasibility, Business Planning & Preparation of Detailed Project Report;
             § Cost Analysis and Value Engineering;
             § Formulation of Construction Contracts;
             § Tendering & Award of Construction Contract;
             § Development of MIS System;
             § Project Planning & Monitoring;
             § Troubleshooting support to Project Managers of all six Packages on Engineering

•   Mar 1991 to Apr 2005: CES (Consulting Engineering Services (India) Private Limited)
    – One of the oldest & biggest Indian Engineering & Project Management Consultancy
    Organization having more than 2000 professional working worldwide. Joined as Trainee
    Engineer and rose to the level of Deputy General Manager.

    o   As Team Leader cum Lead Urban Infrastructure Engineer (Jan 2004 to Apr 2005)
        for an Integrated Infrastructure Development project for Salalah Town (Sultanate
        of OMAN) having components like Transportation Network Improvement, Flood Control
        & Storm Water Drainage (US$ 150 million) was responsible for:
            § Conceptual Project Planning,
            § Project Feasibility Analysis;
            § Detailed Design,
            § Cost Analysis and Value Engineering:
            § Contract Formulation;
            § Advising on Project Management and Construction Management Systems;

    o   Established Salalah Office of CES, build and manage the business operations as
        an independent profit centre. The key responsibilities included but not limited to:
            § Setting up Sub-Regional Office at Salaah from the scratch;
            § Building up, heading and guiding the Team from zero to 25 in 6 months;
            § Business Development – Procured additional projects for the organization notably:
                   •   Salalah Transportation Network Study;
                   •   Design and PMC of up-gradation of Salalah Port;

    o   As Senior Resident Engineer (Jan 2002 to Dec 2003) for complete Infrastructure
        Development associated with Amby Valley Sahara Lake City Project (a 12,000 Acre
        Township near Mumbai) including 100km Internal Roads & 65Km External Access
        Roads (US$ 100 million), Water & Waste Water Systems, Electrical & Communication
        System, was responsible for:
           § Complete Conceptual Planning;
           § Feasibility,
           § Detailed Design & DPR,
           § Cost Analysis and Value Engineering;
           § Assistance in Contract Formulation;
           § Assistance in Tendering and Award of Construction Contract;
           § Contract Administration;
           § Project and Construction Management;
           § Troubleshooting;

    o   Started off operations at Amby Valley with a small assignment of 25 km access road
        feasibility while handling finishing stages of Mumbai Pune Expressway and
        subsequently developed operations and created new businesses for the company to
        handle projects worth US$ 100 million.

  o   As Senior Resident Engineer in-charge (Jan 1999 to Dec 2003) for Hilly Section of
      Six-lane Tolled Mumbai Pune Expressway (Passing through the hilly terrain of
      Western Ghats having rigid pavement costing US $ 300 million), was responsible for:
          § Detailed Design & Engineering;
          § Cost Analysis and Value Engineering;
          § Contract Administration based on FIDIC Condition of Contract;
          § Review and acceptance / rejection of contractor’s claims;
          § Handling of disputes and representing the client for resolution of disputes to
             Alternate Dispute Resolution Board (Called Steering Committee);
          § Construction Supervision & Quality Control;
          § Troubleshooting & providing solution to technical and contractual matters;

  o   As Senior Manager - Business Development at CES-HO (Sep 1996 to Dec 1998)
      handled bidding for various project and procuring substantial business for the company.
      Notable acquisitions being:
         § Design of Liquid Chemical Handling Jetty at Dahej for Kaverner in association
             with Soros Group of US. Was instrumental in initiating and developing tie up with
             Soros.
         § Conceptualising the US$ 10 billion Ganga Expressway Project with State
             Government officials for UP Government which later helped CES undertake the
             feasibility of the same which was finally awarded in 2008 to Jaypee Group. CES
             also managed to take detailed design of the same from Jaypee for a number of
             stretches.
         § Conceptualising a US$ 100 million Tourism Infrastructure Project for UP State
             Government and helping them seek funding for Phase II of Buddhist Circuit.
             Unfortunately due to change in government this project could not take off.

  o   In addition to business developed undertook many assignment of trouble shooting for
      CES. Notable ones being:
          § As Planning Engineer (April 1998 to Jun 1998) for 2 Km long Liquid Chemical
              Handling Jetty at Dahej India was responsible for the Project Scheduling, Monitoring
              and MIS;
          § As Project Monitoring Engineer (Jun 1997 to Aug 1998) for Swajal project (A
              water supply project for hilly area in Northern India) was responsible for project
              feasibility and subsequent development of Project Monitoring System;

  o   As Project Monitoring Engineer (Mar 1991 to Aug 1996) for OECF funded multi-
      disciplinary Buddhist Circuit Tourism Infrastructure Development Project (Roads
      Up-gradation, Water & Drainage Facilities, Landscaping and Tourist Amenities) in UP &
      Bihar, was responsible for project coordination with government, periodic supervision,
      project monitoring, reporting and certification of reimbursement of fund from OECF.
