He is ESA’s Chief Executive Officer, and General Manager of ESA Brazil and Argentina. Based in both Rio de
Janeiro and Buenos Aires, he is a citizen of Brazil and Argentina. Leandro has a Masters in International Relations
from Harvard University (USA). He is an active member of the main meeting industry institutions in South America,
including SITE, ICCA, FIEXPO, and the Tourism Boards of Brazil, Argentina, and Peru.

Paula Arguindegui - Cofounder, Owner & Vice President
Paula is highly involved in ESA´s strategic planning, human resources, office design, venue selection, marketing and
communications. She has extensive industry knowledge and relationships, as a result of her extensive international
experience working in sales and marketing. Based in both Rio de Janeiro and Buenos Aires, she is a citizen of Brazil
and Argentina, and has a Business Administration Degree from the University of Buenos Aires.

Mariella Wurst - Co-owner & General Manager of ESA Peru
Based in Lima, she is in charge of the general Management of ESA Peru. Mariela is a Peruvian citizen, with a
