supervising attorneys on case backlog; interviews of approximately 150 complaining/witnesses; analyzed
documents for relevance/privilege, maintained and updated case files on each CW; assigned code for
Practice and/or Code violations. Created and updated CW database, tracked all case activity; researched to
locate witnesses from backlogged cases. Drafted legal correspondence and summaries. Managed caseload
to bring current and prepare for litigation and trial. Informed supervising attorneys of developments and
progress. Produced group mailings. Extensive client/witness interaction. Original contract was 6 months;
due to policies my caseload was abated. Management eliminated my position.

 Contract Paralegal at 600+ employee educational R & D joint powers agency. Supported in-house and
outside counsel for specific copyright infringement matters. Performed legal research and investigation;
