              Jiangsu, Anhui and Zhejiang are the major production bases for balls in China.
              From Jan. to Nov. 2010, enterprises engaged in balls production above
              designated size in the above three areas added up to 106 firms, accounting for
              about 53% of all balls producers above designated size all over China for the
              same period. Among them, 43 firms were in Jiangsu, accounting for 21.5% of
