Importance of Physical Fitness in 30s
It is very important for everyone to have
physical fitness in 30s as people are vulnerable
to many health related issues like type 2
diabetes, hypertension, etc. By having regular
physical fitness, not only they can overcome
these problems but also enjoy additional
benefits such as better sleep, stress relief,
improvement in bone density, weight loss etc.

▪ A Physically fit person is always healthier and
is free from diseases. Regular physical fitness
also helps in maintaining adequate weight of
the human body. As said earlier, people in 30s
without physical fitness are more vulnerable
to health problems and will be affected by
diseases easily.

▪ At the age of 30s, people may have reduced strength
due to many reasons. People need strength to
perform everyday tasks and to respond during
unpredictable emergency situations. A person may
be well built, but he or she may not have enough
strength to perform specific task.
▪ To perform these activities one should be physically
fit and must have sufficient strength. Muscles
increase in size with regular physical fitness and
become weaker when not worked. Strength in muscle
is developed when its contraction is challenged by
amount of loads undertaken.

▪ People need enough endurance to go through
the most tough day without any undue
fatigue. In 30s, level of endurance begins to
decrease in individuals. Endurance is of two
types.

▪ Muscular endurance allows individual to
continue tedious activities for a long time. It is
characterized by a muscular strength.

▪ Circulo-respiratory endurance provides energy
for activities which are done on a long time
basis and more than normal speed, like a long
distance running.
▪ It is combination of muscular endurance and
better functioning of heart.

▪ People in 30s feel lack of coordination among
body parts. Coordination of body parts help
perform purposeful and efficient work. A
person with well-coordinated body can
eliminate unnecessary movements, precision
and accuracy are improved, endurance is
increased and energy is conserved.

either due to personal or professional life.
Being physically fit enables mental relaxation
and those who are both physically and
mentally fit are less prone to health issues.

are more healthier and have very less risk of

depression and anxiety, when compared to
men. To overcome these, a regular physical
fitness is needed for better healthier life.
