number

Last few year’s tax returns can also provide a comparison for your preparer
Childcare records:
The amounts paid to each provider
The providers EIN or social security number
The providers address and phone number
Form 8332 showing that the child’s custodial parent is releasing their right to
claim a child to you, the noncustodial parent (if applicable)
Education Payment amounts:
Receipts that itemize qualified educational expenses
Records of any scholarships or fellowships you received
Forms 1098-T from educational institutions
Form1098-E if you paid student loan interest
Health Insurance:
Form 1095-A Enrolled in a Health insurance plan through the Marketplace
Exchange
