October 2009 – present: Ministry of Industry and Trade
Vietnam Competition Authority – branch
office at Hochiminh City, Vietnam
 Responsibility: detecting and pre-investigating
anti-competition practices including misleading
advertisements, illicit multi-level sales,
infringement indication and resolving
consumers’ complaints. Due to my work
efficiency I was I recommended for Australian
Scholarship 2012 to study a Master degree in
Australia
 Analyzing complaints from enterprises from
infringement indications in pharmaceutical
industry which are relevant to intellectual
property from trademark to copyright
 Analyzing advertising campaign of companies
on whether the information provided is
misleading about supplementary products.
 Acknowledging extensively the procedure
when leasing new pharmaceutical products to
the market in term of legal aspects (
declaration quality, registration of advertising)
