2. Once upon a time, there was a boy who used to surf the internet every
day.

3. But one day, he had a little problem, he didn’t have connection as usual.

4. And he didn't know what happened with the computer, and what he could
do to make it work.

5. He had tried almost everything, but nothing worked. And he thought about
what he could do to solve it.

6. He called a technician.

7. The technician picked up the phone and asked the client what his problem
was.

8. He gave his address and waited for a few minutes because the technician
was coming.

9. When the technician arrived, he checked the pc, and he found the problem.

10. The internet cable was unplugged!

11. The technician plugged the cable to solve the problem.

12. Finally the client could work with his computer, and the technician came back to
his office. The boy’s computer has never been wrong again since that day.
