This document provides an assignment to analyze Chipotle's strategy in 3 parts: 1. Perform an industry analysis of the attractiveness of the fast casual restaurant industry and how Chipotle has benefited from or compensated for structural advantages/disadvantages. 2. Assess Chipotle's existing and potential internal sources of competitive advantage and how it can strengthen them. 3. Consider relevant frameworks like industry structure, resources, activities, competitive dynamics, and technology to analyze Chipotle's present and future.
