Team Realty and Investment Solutions, LLC is
a licensed Florida real estate brokerage. This
presentation is designed to illustrate types of
investments you can do through a self-directed
retirement account. As always, we recommend
you consult with your attorney, accountant and /

your specific situation prior to making any type
of investment. It is important you clearly
understand benefits and risks of investing in
real estate or any other investment.
Self-Directed IRAs:
Secrets Revealed!
About Brian Woods

I am the Broker – Owner of Team Realty and Investment
Solutions, LLC. My experience as a real estate professional and
investor spans over 10 years.

Several years ago, I learned about the power of investing in real
estate within a retirement account. I have taken this a step further
and been sharing this information with others as an excellent
source of funding for real estate deals and receiving a higher
return on investment than traditional investments.

Self-directed retirement accounts are one of the many non-
traditional ways I help people in real estate.

What is a Self-Directed IRA?

• An Individual Retirement Account (or IRA) is a
personal savings account that provides Tax-Deferred
  or Tax-Free savings.
• A self-directed IRA is any type of IRA that allows you
to invest in assets other than just stocks, mutual
  funds and CDs.
• Most brokerage firms and banks don’t offer this
service because they do not have a financial
  incentive to do so.
How does an IRA benefit me?

• Tax-free or tax-deferred growth
• Power of compounding interest
• Huge tax deductions
• Protects your hard earned assets
• Essential estate planning tool
