Garden Project

    1) Building Raised- Beds

        -     Buying cow manure, compost soil

        -     Getting green manure, dry manure

        -     Buying bamboos, woods, cement, blocks, or etc,

        -     Give advice on how to put different layers together

    2) Making IMOs

        -     Buying Supplies ( Plastic bottles, containers, and bags, sugar, milk, fruits, vegetables,
              plants, and leaves)

        -     Giving Training on How to Make

    3) Making Insect Repellent

        -     Buying Tobacco, Strong Alcohol,

        -     Getting Local materials for making IR

        -     Give Trainings to students, staff, and teachers

    4) Building Compost House

        -     Buying supplies building compost house,( woods, bamboos, thatches ,etc)

        -     Giving workshops to students how to put all materials to compost and check all the
              progress

    5) Growing seeds in Nursery Beds

        -     Buying Supplies ( Plastic Nursery Beds, seeds)

        -     Giving instructions on how to look after them

        -     Check the progress of each step

    6) Vertical Hanging Garden

        -     Collecting Plastic Bottles on different sizes,

        -     Gathering compost soil, top soil, cow manure, and other materials

        -     Buying supplies for setting up Vertical Gardening,

        -     Buying supplies for setting up Indoor Gardens( Iron Coils, nails, etc)

Pig rearing
1) Give Pig training to students ( how to look after them, how to feed them)( Making IMOs)

       -   Adding all materials to pigs pen, understanding all functions of pig pens( reinvestment,
           using low-cost local materials), Making FBS

   2) Be able to communicate and work along with students, staff, and teachers) ,

   3) Be able to communicate with local pig experts to give advice to schools ( for example giving
      pig medicines)

   4) Be able to measure and track on the pig project ( Measuring pigs weight, checking pig pens,
      checking FBS, showering pigs and feeding pigs snacks)

   Administrative Duties

1) Researching new opportunities for trainings

2) Reporting to KLDF staff members about projects

3) Taking Pictures and storing them

4) Publishing blogs on KLDF site

5) Keep records of Receipts

6) Coordinating with existing donors, visitors, and other partners from different organizations

7) Monitoring and Evaluation Plans for existing projects

        a. Garden Yields

        b. Pig Project Progress

        c. Fish/Chicken Records

        d. School Assessments

        e. Meeting with school representatives

8) Distributing Garden record sheets to schools to keep track on the progress.
