16. YOUR BABY
In this time your baby is like just a
glimmer in your eye. It is difficult to know
when the conception had occurred and
for that the doctors calculate your due
date from the day you missed your
period.

This time you feel some little discomfort
in your body and this is the time you
should visit the doctor.

19. YOUR BABY
Till now your baby is small but it's heart,
spinal cord, brain and bones are getting
developed and by week 6 you can also
see your baby through ultrasound baby
scan. By week 8 your baby's body will
continue to develope more.
20. YOU
Youl will start having some symptoms
that will tell you that your pregnant like
morning sickness, fatigue etc. Your body
will have some changes swollen legs,
tender breasts and you can even notice
that you are gaining or loosing some
weight but it is normal.

22. YOUR BABY
During this period your baby is now
about the size of peanut and during
ultrasound you can see your baby's
moves and at week 11 you can also hear
your baby's heartbeat.
23. YOU
Your uterus is growing but it is not
noticeable yet but you will be facing
some more problem like heartburn,
indigestion etc. You may can also notice
that your hair, nails are growing faster
and it's all because of pregnancy
hormones.
32. Eating
good quality and quantity food is very
important during pregnancy. Eat
variety of foods by which you will get all
nutrients that you need. Limit
your cholestrol intake to 300mg per day
or less.
33. In your daily serving include:
6 - 11 servings of breads and grains
2 - 4 serving of fruits
34. 4 or more servings of vegetables
4 servings of dairy products
35. 3 servings of protein source like meat,
eggs
Vitamin C like orange, grapefruits,
strawberries, broccoli
etc.
38. Regular exercise during pregnancyis very
important becasue it keep you
healthy all the time. It decreases discomfort like
backaches and
fatigue. Exercise prevents gestational diabetes
and help in having
more stamina that you will need during labor
and delivery.

remember one thing that if you have
asthma, heart diseases, diabetes
or any kind of health problems then you
should avoid doing exercise.

during pregnancy are very common.
Some may occur in the early weeks,
