Board-certified psychiatrist Wayne Macfadden, MD provides psychiatric evaluation and treatment to Native American Indians as the psychiatrist at Spirit Lake Reservation in North Dakota. Specializing in the treatment of Substance Use Disorders, he provides medication assisted treatment (MAT) to eligible patients, which includes using naltrexone to treat alcohol use disorders and buprenorphine for opiate use disorders.
