yearly in USA & 8000 death annually
 You are looking in any way - you have to go through the
pharynx to go to the esophagus
 May me the responsibility of the GI to look to
pharynxes – no body looking to pharynx and every
day body die
 Patient particularly at risk – elderly , men , smoker , heavy
drinker people not eating fruit and fightable – It is a most to
look by endoscopy to pharynx
