1. STANDING ORDER PRODUCT PROGRAM
This purchase agreement certifies that I _____________________________ fully understand the rules and regulation
governing the Standing Order Product Program for a period of Six (6) months from ____________ to

1) That I voluntarily subscribe for the Program and have not been forced, coerced by my sponsor, or my upline or
other parties.
2) That I understand that all orders must be accompanied by payment with cash or standing orders/instructions on
monthly basis as follows:-
