JOHN HAGY is the Chief Legal Officer at MetaBank. He directs the legal and regulatory
compliance departments of MetaBank. In this capacity, he manages and oversees regulatory
compliance, and general legal and contract matters for MetaBank and its prepaid division, Meta
Payment Systems. Mr. Hagy has over 25 years experience with compliance, legal, and
regulatory issues in the credit and prepaid card industries. Mr. Hagy combines his expertise in
regulatory matters with significant previous experience in business development and
management of both insurance and marketing companies.
