Our Screen Printing Process

You send us your design, or create one using our

jobs.

submission to see what works and what doesn’t. They
separate every color, clean them up, and prepare the
screens for printing. After you approve the final design
we ship it to the printers.
Step 3:
Each screen gets inked up with the approved color, and
each custom tee shirt is then printed in correct color
order.
Step 4:
The finished product is dried at 380 degrees F. for 25
second on one of our dryers. This process cure the ink
to the fabric, and ensures your design won’t crack or
wash off.
Step 5:
The shirt is undergoes a rigorous quality assurance
inspection. After every t-shirt gains approval, the order
is ready for pickup for local customer or ship from our
screen printing warehouse.

Ink and Techniques
4. PLASTISOL: The most common ink used in the screen
printing business, it delivers a vibrant, dense and permanent
print. We supply Plastisol ink in a extensive variety of colors
as well as offer custom pantone ink color matching.
WATER BASE: Water base inks are eco-friendly and water
soluble. The ink absorbs to the fibers of the fabric achieving a
soft feel. Water base ink is considered premium and desirable
for realizing a high end look.
DISCHARGE: Discharge ink is a water based product that is
prepared by adding an activator to the ink in order to remove
the pigment from the fabric, fundamentally it decolorizing
away the color of the shirt in order to “re-dye” the fabric with
the ink we print on top.. This Technique works best on 100%
cotton or natural fabric.
5. METALLIC: These inks are infused with little elements to
make a shine look. They are great for creating a foil or glitter
effect.
NEON/REFLECTIVE: We offer the standard neon ink colors-
pink, orange, yellow, green, blue- as well as a reflective ink
that is used on items like safety uniforms.
4-COLOR PROCESS: This is the method used by printers to
re-create photo realistic images on a t-shirt. 4-color process
utilizes standard CMYK colors mixed together through the use
of halftone dots to create a full range of color.
