pranaamasan . By chanting as “Om
mitrayanamah” by concentrating on AGNA
CHAKRA
• Hastauttanasan: take a deep breathe and
concentrate on VISHUDDH CHAKRA
• Hastapaadaasan: In this posture the concentration
must be on MANIPURA CHAKRA

• Ashwasanchalasan This fourth posture the
concentration must be on swadishtaan chakra
• Dandaasan: in this posture theconcentrtion must
be directed towards SAHASWAAR CHAKRA
• Ashtaanga namaskaar: in this posture the
concentration must be on ANAHAT CHAKRA

• Bhujangaasan(cobra Asan): In this posture the
concentration must be directed towards
MOOLADHAR CHAKRA here thebreath must be
hold for 10 seconds while performing this asana
• Adhomukhasan: In this posture the concentration
must be on SAHASRAAR CHAKRA and in all the
asans an individual must concentrate on breathing
except in two asans i.e. bhujangaasan is has to be
hold i.e., it is named as kumbhak
• Ashwasanchalan asan this is similar to 4th posture and
the concentration must be on VISHUDDH CHAKRA

concentration must be on naval i.e., and is
called as MANIPURA CHAKRA
• Hasta Uttanaasan: this is similar to second
posture and the concentration must be on
VISHUDHI CHAKRA
• Pranaamasan is the last asan is similar to the
first posture wherein the concentration must be
on ANAAHATH CHAKRA
