My dear readers,
It is my pleasure to wish you a happy National Day, and a happy Accession Day of His Maj-
esty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, God protect him. This occasion is close to the people of
Bahrain, who have nothing but loyalty and love for our precious Kingdom. We look forward to
more achievements in the New Year, where we say goodbye to 2015 and welcome 2016. In our
efforts to keep up with developments and in response to our valued customers’ feedback, we
have opened a new Jaguar/Land Rover showroom last year. Its design is state of the art and our
customers were happy with the new modern approach and technologies available for showing
and providing the latest models and specifications. I would also like to take this opportunity to
extend my thanks and gratitude to the former head of Al Zayani Investments, my dear uncle,
Zayed bin Rashid AlZayani, who built the infrastructure and did the necessary planning for this
pioneering showroom, back when he was still at the helm. In this year, we also founded ‘Body
works’, a facility that specializes in modifying and repairing private and heavy commercial vehi-
cles. It comes as a new addition in this field, and is the first of a kind in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Through this facility, we are able to provide comprehensive solutions and a set of high quality
services for both individuals and businesses. Due of our belief in the importance of investing in
the human factor, we have given the maximum priority to the issue of training and development.
This was reflected in providing special training courses for our employees in various fields. Such
as human resources, quality assurance, financing and accounting. We will continue to provide
such advanced training courses in the future, in more fields. The aim for this is to prepare our
employees and technicians by providing them the necessary knowledge and skill sets in their
related field of work, thus enabling them to complete their tasks with proficiency and accuracy.
Finally, allow me to once again thank you our dear customers. We are very grateful for your trust.
We are determined to continue providing our customers and satisfy their needs and demands in
2016 with innovation. All this, while maintaining our core principles of quality and excellence which
you have come to expect from us. As for our employees and everyone working in the company, we

This Actually Work
It was a tall order, but Secretary of State John Kerry’s efforts seem to be paying off: We now appear to be on the cusp of
renewed Israeli-Palestinian negotiations. The formula for achieving this is still largely shrouded in secrecy, but whatev-
er emerges is likely to be, at least at first, essentially “negotiations about having negotiations.” The prospects for a major
breakthrough in the immediate term seem remote. Yet this achievement, in and of itself, should not be underestimated.
Kerry has been commendably energetic in his efforts to restart talks. And it’s clearly paying off: The secretary of state
seems to have received pledges from both sides not to take steps that could sabotage a revived peace process. He secured
a commitment from the Palestinians not to pursue any further initiatives to join additional multilateral institutions,
particularly the International Criminal Court, while Israel also appears to have given some private assurances that it will
postpone scheduled settlement construction in highly strategic areas of the West Bank. Finally, the Arab League com-
mittee dealing with the issue clarified that the Arab Peace Initiative doesn’t rule out land swaps, and therefore is not the
set-in-stone dictate many Israelis perceived it to be.
Kerry has been playing his cards very close to his chest -- few in the administration or elsewhere in Washington are privy
to the exact details of what he has put on the table. The Arab League delegation that met with him on Wednesday for a
briefing on his proposals, though, may be better informed than most. And so far, the diplomats sound optimistic: They
emerged from the talks declaring that Kerry’s suggestions “lay the proper foundation to start the negotiations.” The Arab
League imprimatur is crucial for Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, as it provides him political cover in domestic
politics. But it is certain that the Arab League would not have declared its enthusiasm if Abbas had not strongly signaled
he wanted them to do so.
Significantly, the Arab League statement specified “new and important political, economic and security elements” to Ker-
ry’s proposals. Since March, Kerry has been discussing a possible $4 billion investment package to enhance the Palestinian
economy. There are clearly additional elements of the proposal hinted at in the Arab League statement that have not yet
been made public.
Particularly when there is little optimism about immediate breakthroughs, the name of the game for both Israel and the
Palestinians -- especially regarding relations with the United States -- is not to be seen as “the guys saying ‘no.’” The last
time the Obama administration made a major push for Israeli-Palestinian talks, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanya-
hu managed to use both American and Palestinian miscalculations about the settlement issue to ensure that the Palestin-
ians would be seen as the primary uncooperative party. That doesn’t mean Israel didn’t receive its share of the blame as
well: It was seen as playing a cynical game with settlements. But neither Obama nor Abbas will be eager to see a repeat of
that previous round of diplomacy.

Windshields - Add comfort to your ride.
There are lots of things you can add to your bike to increase your riding enjoyment or to improve your bike’s
versatility or performance.
A windshield is an investment that pays big dividends, as it will certainly improve your riding experience. It
diverts turbulent wind out and away from you and your passenger. Less turbulence equals more comfort and
more miles. Plus, there are always things being kicked up by other vehicles on the road -- so this is just an-
other level of protection for you.
A good windscreen in addition to directing the wind-flow around you also guards against flying insects and
bugs going smack into your face. One other benefit people often overlook is that the windscreen helps create
downforce on your front wheel making the bike’s ride a little more stable.
Combat Fatigue
Decreasing wind blast reduces riding fatigue. It’s that simple. Windshields by removing the wind blast to your
face and chest can help combat fatigue, back pain, and arm strain. Less air pushing against your body results
in a more comfortable and enjoyable ride.
In inclement weather, a windshield offers increased comfort and protection from the elements. It’s no surprise
that a windshield that diverts dry, hot turbulent air will also divert wet, cold turbulent air.
Comfort and enjoyment always come first. Staying warm and dry extends your riding time and lets you cover
more miles safely.
If you’re planning more than just a few hours in the saddle, a windshield will pay dividends at the end of the
day.
TIP
It may take a few height adjustments to get the airflow just right.
If the windshield is too low, you will know because the airflow will hit your helmet and want to rip it off.
