IT Samui Club would like to visit and see the IT system in your hotel on................................. in order to
understand the IT issues occurred in the hotels of IT Samui Club members. After visiting all the
properties, we will then discuss the issues in our next IT Samui Club meeting. There will be
approximately 3-4 members joining the visit.
Please prepare the followings prior to the visit:
1. Network Diagram (draft version either using VISIO or make your own)
2. Information on hardware and software
3. Any issue you may have (we will try to find the solution for you during our visit)
