North: this region has a tropical climate it is always hot and offhand rainy.
Central: in the middle of the country, were Mexico City is climate is warm and sunny in the
summer.
South: Morelos and Gerrero are very near.
Weather: México is the central hemisphere.
Food and national dishes
Mexico is famous for its meat dishes and in particular asados and stews. (Looking meat on a grill)
there is also a strong American influence in Mexico. The visitors can get excellent pozole dishes,
especially in Mexico. Dishes that all visitors in the country should try.
Sopes: there are small omelet usually cheese, nopal beans.

2. Tamales: these are made of omelet with meat.
