UX is a way of thinking and approaching processes and products, not a beautiful interface. I help companies get in touch with their customers, understand their behaviours and transform quantitative and qualitative insights into design solutions. User research strategy, Active Testing, Remote Testing, Audience Testing, Customer Development and Prototyping are some of the things I do for my clients.
