years since the U.S.
Congress passed
legislation allowing real
estate sponsors to publicly
market investment
opportunities, sponsors
have experimented with
ideas and now are ready to
bring the technology to
their own websites.

them, CrowdStreet
has added a
private-label
version of its
platform to its
CrowdStreet
Marketplace.

concerned it would
require more time and
