Tablet Troubleshooting Avoid problems from the start: • Tablet power cord MUST stay plugged in • Tablet should be put to sleep at night (one touch of power button) Problem Solution “Wonky” touch setting, screen jumps around Recalibrate screen. Applications Menu> Settings > Repair & formatting > Touch Screen Calibration. Avoid touching screen while it calibrates. Card scanning errors Restart tablet. Press and hold the power button to turn off. Press once to turn on. Adjusted rewards are not refreshing in tablet Clear data. Applications Menu> Settings > Apps > SpotOn Rewards > Clear Data Wifi not configuring Confirm wifi is hooked up. Ethernet cable (provided) from wifi card should be connected to the merchant’s internet router. When router shows 3 blue lights, restart tablet to have it connect automatically. If connection issues persist, call SpotOn tech support.
