STEP 2. SURFACE QUALITY INSPECTIONS AND COVERING PE FILM
-- Surface quality (color, glossy level,…) is inspected after 2 hours from surface painting finishing
time , then covered PE film to protect.
-- PE film: beside anti scratch in working process, this PE film also anti paint moving to surfaces
(stains) in edge painting finished processing.

-- Base on volume sheet and shop drawing, Livart will make cutting list automatic by MaxCut soft
-- This applications is maximized material using and cutting time.
-- Average cutting speed: 250 boards/day/machine (8 hours)

-- After cutting to size, items is moved into edge U.V machine to make edge more smooth, then making
edge painting.
