1. CONTRACT OF LEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This CONTRACT is entered into by and between:

under existing laws being mandated by both Local and National government;
4. That the LESSEE shall not sublet any or all parts of the leased premises to any person or
entity;
5. That electric bill, water bill and ordinary repairs within the leased premises that arise
from daily use and that ant lost thereof shall be borne out by the LESSEE without right of
reimbursement.
6. That the LESSEE and LESSOR further agree that the terms and conditions set forth in this
contract of lease shall bind the parties.
