Weekly market view
Markets ended the expiry week sharply lower amid volatility as market
sentiments were hampered by RBI measures to curb rupee slide and weak
global cues. Nifty future tested 6100 mark and was unable to hold on it and
slipped 5900 level. On weekly charts, it found support around the trend line
since last four weeks but surpassed it this week and closing indicates further
bearishness below the crucial level of 5840. Strength can be said only if it
maintains above 6000. Key event seen in the coming week is RBI monetary
Policy.
