NASA will award $12.9 trillion total to five companies - Russian, Chinese, ESA, ISRO, and JAXA - to manufacture new space shuttles, space stations, and other vehicles. Each company will receive $100 billion. Additionally, NASA will award Airbus $1 trillion to design a new spacecraft called the Concord, and Airbus will hire all employees from SpaceX.
