A successful plan has 3 types of income. 1st is Fast Income. It takes time to build a network and that is why many people quit to soon. They do not see any money quickly for their efforts. They feel the are putting in effort but not seeing results.2nd is Growth Income. You see your efforts achieving success and you are making enough money to be able to work at your business full time. 3rd is Wealth income. This is when you are making enough money to enjoy a lifestyle that most peopleonly dream about.Tahitian Noni’s prosperity plan has all 3 types of income.
From our headquarters in Provo, Utah we are making and impact and a difference in the world.
So let’s see how TNI’s prosperity plan works. Sally sponsors Mary into the business and because Sally is on CAS she receives a Fast Bonus and it is paid out weekly.
The FSB will pay out upline 45% 5 levels to all those on CAS for the first 60 days. Notice that the highest payout is up close to you. This gives you income quickly as your organization is just beginning.
After your first 120 pts of purchases each month you will receive a 20% rebate on all qualifying purchases.
After the first 60 days on the purchases of the IPC the pay plan will switch to unilevel and it will pay out the 45% 8 levels each month to all those that purchase 120 pts that month. You will notice that now the higher percentage payout is farther down in your organization because this is where your highest volume will be as you continue to grow.Let me show you an example…..
Some people will ask, “Why are you only paying 1% on the 1st level where with FSB you were paying 20%” The answer is, “Because this is Network Marketing not Direct Sales”. When you first start your TNI business all of your volume is going to be close to you so you want the higher percentages up close but as you grow, your organization is going to be larger the farther down it goes. Your 8th level is going to be bigger than your 1st level, so wouldn’t you rather have a higher percentage where you have the most people?That is going to earn more money for you which is what I am sure you are interested in. Am I right?So let’s say we reverse these percentages…… (change slide)
Let’s put 8% on the top and 1% on the bottom. What does it do to your income? It is going to reduce it because again, there are fewer people on your 1st level.
So let’s reverse it again and put the percentages where they create the most income. Does this make sense to you now?Let me show you an example from my own checks when I started with TNI using a comparison of FSB checks to unlevel checks.
A Coral is a person that buys $120 each month and will pay downline 4 levels. Your first goal should be to get 5 people on Autoship. 3 must be new IPC’s on CAS and the other two can be IPC’s or customers on Autoship of some kind. Your first level must total $500 on Autoship and then you will be eligible for the Growth & Duplication Bonus. I will tell you more about this later.
Your next goal is to find at least 3 more people like you to become Corals on CAS and have a total volume in your group of 4,800 points and then you will become a Jade.
You will then be paid up to 6 levels in your organization. The average Jade in TNI makes $500 a month. Most people that face bankruptcy in the USA is because of a lack of only $300-500 a month.
Your next goal is to help at least 3 people reach Jade and have a total volume on 24,000 points in your organization. It may take more Jades to reach this volume but you must have a minimum of 3.
Now you will be paid a total of 7 levels and receive a $1,000 cash bonus. This award is paid out over 4 months as long as qualifications are maintained. You also will receive a trip for 2 to Utah to visit TNI headquarters and receive additional training at Pearl Camp with all expenses paid! The average Pearl in TNI makes about $1,900 a month.
Your next step is to help create 3 Pearls like you have done and you will now become a Diamond Pearl.
As a DP you will now be paid down 8 levels on your organization. You will also now receive a $5,000 cash bonus. This award is paid out over 4 months as long as qualifications are maintained. You will also qualify for an all expense paid trip for 2 to Tahiti. Over 4,000 people have gone so far! Does it get any better than that? The average DP makes over $5,000 a month.
When you have a total volume with your 3 Pearls of at least 72,000 points you will begin to qualify for the TNI car bonus. The monthly car bonus goes from $750 to $1,250 according to your title. You will also now receive a $10,000 cash bonus. This award is paid out over 4 months as long as qualifications are maintained.
Help create one more Pearl and have 96,000 points in volume and you will qualify for a $15,000 cash bonus. This award is also paid out over 4 months as long as qualifications are maintained. The average DDP earns over $17,000 a month.
Help create one more Pearl making a total of 5 personally sponsored Pearls with a total of 120,000points in volume on 8 levels and you will receive a $20,000 cash bonus.This award is paid out over 4 months as long as qualifications are maintained. The average income for a TDP is around $45,000 a month. As a DPE, DDP and a TDP you also qualify for the Infinity Bonus. This bonus is paid out of a 2% World Wide Bonus Pool from qualifying countries volumes. You count 20 levels of CAS to see how much you get. A DPE gets to count 25% of their 20 levels of volume. A DDP gets to count 50% and a TDP gets to count 100%.
Your next step is to qualify as a Black Pearl. A Black Pearl has sponsored 3 Diamond Pearls. You will now be sent on a one week cruise in Tahiti with all expenses paid including airfare to get there.
As a Black Pearl you will now qualify for Black Pearl Shared Success Bonus. It rewards your whole team that helped you get there. This is how it pays out. TNI takes 3% of world volume from the qualifying countries and puts it into a pool. How much each person gets is decided by 2 factors: their volume of CAS on 8 levels and their pin levels. The Black Pearl will get 60% of their share of the bonus and their DP’s will get 24% and the DP’s Pearls will get 16% of the bonus.
So all together TNI pays out 45% in the compensation and an additional 8% in the World Wide Bonus Pools.
This a total of 53% payout and this is not counting all the cash bonuses you have just seen.
