13. Stay away from negative people ...who bring you down...
14. Make sure you get all the massages you have time for !
15. Spend time with loving, caring and supportive. people who relax you, but who are
competitive!
16. Wrap your body in Saran Wrap and perform the event.
17. Suspend your body from a high bar !
18. Grease your body up .... perform your event.... feeling the difference...
19. Believe in yourself ... create a positive mantra for yourself....

21. Project your actual goal before peak performance and write it down.
22. Spend time in a hot tub to sooth your aches and pains before peak performance.

25. Mentally place yourself in an experimental mode...thinking you never participated in
this particular event...just do it!
