2. What is it?
 Medium ChainTriglycerides (MCTs) are a
unique form of dietary fat that impart a wide
range of positive health benefits
 The potential anti-aging properties of MCTs
have been largely unrecognized
 MCTs are more rapidly absorbed by the body
and more quickly metabolized (burned)
 MCTs provide fewer calories

3. Process of Manufacturing
 Preparation of Fractionated Coconut Oil is
by hydrolysis of coconut oil.Then, the product is
passed through steam distillation to obtain the
fractionated coconut oil.The result is a thin oil full of
medium-chain triglycerides.
 Fractionated coconut oil is predominantly composed
of Capric and Caprylic acids.
 Processing (such as hydrolysis and steam distillation)
the ordinary coconut oil is going to be slightly more
expensive. However, the additional cost does have
its own benefits and justifications.
