II.2.4) Description of the procurement:
Leveren, aanbrengen, versieren, wegnemen en opslag van eindejaarsverlichting en overspanningen voor 2019,
2020, 2021, 2022 en 2023.
Toelichting: tijdens de winterperiode wordt het centrum van de stad Mechelen steeds op een originele en
sfeervolle manier versierd.
Aan de hand van dit bestek wensen wij de geïnteresseerde bedrijven te verzoeken om een voorstel in te dienen
hoe zij dit zouden realiseren. Het uitwerken van een voorstel voor 2019 – er worden geen varianten aanvaard.
Het ingediende voorstel zal beoordeeld worden op concept, ontwerp en creativiteit (diversifiëring over de
verschillende jaren), duurzaamheid (ecologische en kwaliteit), interventietijd, flexibiliteit (kleine aanpassingen
afhankelijk van de situatie dat jaar), overeenstemming met de wetgeving.
Er dient een verplicht plaatsbezoek uitgevoerd te worden (attest B).
De (huur)overeenkomst wordt afgesloten voor 5 jaar (kerstperiode 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 en 2023).
De opdracht is opgedeeld in volgende loten:
— lot 1 – winkelstraten binnenstad,
— lot 2 – pleinen en hotspots binnenstad,
— lot 3 – versiering kerstmarkt,
— lot 4 – hotspots deelgemeenten,
— lot 5 – kerstbomen en verlichting/decoratie op diverse plaatsen,
— lot 6 – valentijnconcept.
De 6 loten zullen aan dezelfde firma toegewezen worden om de uniformiteit van het concept te bewaren.
