7. Contract description
Mobilisation of long-term expertise and a pool of short-term expertise to support the implementation of the
new EU youth support programme in Morocco, led by the Moroccan ministry for youth. In particular, this is
expected to strengthen the institutional, organisational and technical capacities of the Ministry, both at central
and territorial levels, and is primarily aimed at strengthening the quality of services offered in youth centres and
women's centres.

2 540 000 EUR.
