As we were observing on various occasions from time to time, you have failed to
improve your performance, as well as have failed to follow the instructions of your
seniors. I am giving you this written warning because during the past two months you
have failed to follow the department call in procedures on 2 occasions in the last
month. You also had unexcused absences. As a result of your conduct, the department
has missed 10 shipment deadlines.

You are therefore hereby warned finally, that if above does not complete your work on
timely basis disciplinary action shall be taken against you.

We hope that you will not give us the opportunity to take disciplinary action against you
in this regard. I will assist you in any way that I can to remedy the problem, however,
unless the matter can be corrected, I shall have no other alternative but to further
disciplinary or corrective actions. Please treat this warning seriously and improve
accordingly.

Orally Communicate:
                        First I would give him a written memo of warning and than my second
step is discuss the dispute orally with him because as a good manager I don’t want to
demoralize him. I call him and discuss the dispute and try sort out is there any kind of specific
reason behind his carelessness about work. Once I found the weakness I tell him and suggest to
overcome from his weakness for better future else I have to take a negative action against him.

you have been encountering with the order # 220.

We deeply apologize that your order will not deliver on time Date 28th November 2011.
Our warehouse is in the middle of construction due to the damage brought by last
month’s heavy rain fall. To compensate for this issue, we will not charge your bill for the
next two months. We are doing the necessary steps on solving this problem. We hope
that you understand as well. But we assure you that once the construction is over; your
orders will be back to its normal routine.

It is our pleasure to serve you. And we are looking forward to serving you in the future. If
you have any other concerns that you would like to address, please feel free to call me
at 4533729 – 4523983. We would be more than willing to serve you. Thank you very
