I am an educational consultant and researcher, in the field of OER, Open Education, digital literacies, social media. My expertise and specialisms include visual literacy, online video for learning, open content and digital archives/collections, digital curation. I am also researching digital ecosystems for learning including MOOCS. I have a practical working knowledge of Copyright in education and I am a committed advocate for Creative Commons. I have given presentations and workshops on these topics in UK, Ireland, Czech Republic, France, Austria, United States, Romania, Belgium, Qatar and Greece.
