a. P.A in kindergarten:
- VNese parent think: daycare-center + kindergarten as safe + happy place
=> leave children in.
- But no longer, b/c after a series of incident abt mistreatment of young
children
+ 11/2007: a kindergarten teacher: sticked tape on her children & fogot
abt it
 Tragic death of 18 month yrs old girl

- Small factory: prefer to hire child laborthan adult => can hire them w/
lower salary + exploit their labor easier.
- Child labor: must be overwork
+ work’g > 8 hrs
+ eat’g less than adult
+ not require any addictional cost

 Relieve stress by: us’g violence on children
- More ruthless, they want child listen to & obey their benefit
e.g: puplic opinion was heart-breaking to witness
 3 yrs old boy w/ wound, bruises & burn all over body
=>beaten by his uncle for go begging
 Khôi - 2 yrs old=> beaten by grandmother b/c break’g the
medicated oil
=> All of them: beat ruthlessly=>their health is threatened
seriously.
