何謂O2O? • 2010年由創業家藍貝爾(Alex Rampell)提出,「線上集客,線下消費」 online
to offline=O2O • 團購模式: 透過優惠價格提供,先在團購網站集客,再導引已在線上付款 的顧客,進到實體場景完成消費體驗 • Showrooming vs webrooming – 線下看妥商品、線上購買 – 線上搜尋、線下購買

O2O時代來臨,零售業者面臨關店潮 • 全球零售業者在消費型態改變下受到經營上的壓力。以美國為例,根據國際購物中心 協會(ICSC)統計結果顯示,2014年宣布關店的實體商店高達5019家,為近四年新高。 • 中國大陸零售商業門戶網站聯商網針對2014年主要零售企業關店統計進行研究,調查 結果發現2014年共計關閉201家門店,較2013年關閉門店數35家增加了四倍之多,其 中百貨類門店關閉23家,超市類門店關閉178家。而關店家數中,外資零售業者關店 數量佔全部關店數量比例高達70%。 資料來源:

線上線下的忠誠行為受到鼓勵嗎? • 線上能獲取店頭時、地、價等方面攸關的推薦嗎? • 在店頭可以透過手持裝置掌握更多攸關資訊嗎? • 給出的優惠、可以貫通線上線下使用嗎? • 消費者可以自行掌握實體店面有無某件商品嗎? • 可以在實體店面完成網購商品退貨,或網路上完成實體店面退貨嗎?
