Dictionarul E-urilor otravitoare pentru sanatate
Peste tot in lume se adauga E-uri in alimente in scopul conservarii
pentru mai mult timp. La noi, insa, specialistii au atras atentia asupra
faptului ca se depaseste cu mult limita admisa. Afla din acest tabel care
sunt E-urile nocive si cum ne pot provoca modificarea organelor!
Metabolismul nu este pregatit pentru E-uri, ne avertizeaza specialistii. "Agricultura este intensiva si
chimizata, solurile cultivate sunt saracite de macro si microminerale, alimentul este vitregit de
nutrienti, saturat de aditivi alimentari de sinteza, de grasimi artificiale si proteine degradate. Niciun
aliment procesat artificial nu este echivalent nutritional cu vreun aliment natural (integral
neprocesat). Prin urmare, dincolo de aparente, resursele alimentare sanatoase s-au redus drastic",

E-urile periculoase
E150, E172, E173, E141 - coloranti
E477 - emulsificator
E102 sau Tratrazina - colorant galben, foarte nociv, se gaseste in bauturi, mustar si gem. Acesta poate
genera tumori tiroidiene sau crize de astm bronsic
E110 sau Sunset yellow - colorant galben, este tot cancerigen si se afla in dulciuri, prajituri, budinci,
diverse sucuri
E120 - colorant care provoaca alergii
E124 sau Ponceau 4R - colorant rosu, este toxic si produce tumori pe glanda tiroida. Acesta se
gaseste in mezeluri.
E-uri cancerigene
E131, E123, E142 - coloranti
E211 - acid benzoic si derivatii sai, conservant. Este interzis in SUA, dar permis la noi si se afla in
unele bauturi racoritoare
E213, E214, E215, E217 - conservanti. Sunt inclusi in continutul unor bauturi racoritoare
E230 - conservant
E621 - glutamatul de sodiu, potentiator de arome
E631, E632 si E633 - inozinati
E627, E628, E629 - guanilati
E634, E635 - rinoglucide (potentiatori de gust si aroma)
E-urile toxice
E220, E221, E222, E224! - Potrivit prof. dr. Gheorghe Mencinicopschi, acesti sulfiti-conservanti
produc boli intestinale si alergii. Acestea se gasesc in carnea de hamburgeri, cartofi deshidratati,
fructe confiate, prajituri, bere, vin, otet de vin
E338 - acidifianti, afecteaza tubul digestiv, se gasesc in produsele cu gust acru sau acid ridicat
E339, E340, E341 - saruri de topire, afecteaza tubul digestiv
E407 - gelifiant, afecteaza tubul digestiv
E450 - emulsificator, provoaca tulburari ale tubului digestiv
E461, E463, E465, E466 - agenti de incarcare, afecteaza tubul digestiv
E230 - conservant, interzis in Australia recent si in UE, dar permis la noi. Se afla in citricele
prelucrate
E231 - ortofenilfenol, conservant. Acesta este si un posibil cancerigen, interzis in SUA si Australia.
Produce boli de piele
E232 - conservant, poate produce boli de piele
E200 - conservant, extrem de toxic, suprima din organism vitamina B12
E320 - butil-hidroxi-anisol BHA, conservant, posibil si cancerigen, se gaseste in cartofi deshidratati,
uleiuri vegetale, supe concentrate, sosuri, guma de mestecat
E321 - acidul benzoic, antioxidant, posibil si cancerigen. Creste, de asemenea, nivelul colesterolului.
Il gasim in margarina
E311, E312 - antioxidant, ataca sistemul nervos
E330 - sarea de lamaie, acesta devine cancerigen daca este consumat in exces
E-urile bune
E306 - vitamina E naturala, antioxidant puternic, prezent in ficat, oua, peste, soia
Acidul scorbic ? vitamina C naturala
E300 - antioxidant puternic
E140 - clorofila
E322 - colorant natural, lecitina
E440 - antioxidant natural, pectina
E407 - gelifiant natural, extras dintr-o alga marina
