There are things we must not do.
Such things can lead to much dukkha or
suffering and to rebirth
in the woeful realms.
From Majjhima Nikaya 41

are a dangerous mental state.
The Dukkha that this mental poison
brings is truly great!

One who is Selfish and Self-Centered
in the mind
is bound to have rebirths
of the suffering kind.

and often angry
is heading for Dukkha
and much misery.

One has to eradicate fast the mental
state of Anger and Hate.
The ill effects on the physical body

that cause disharmony.
