This document describes an earth tester device from System Protection called the KEW 4105DL. It can measure earth resistance from 0.01 ohms to 2000 ohms, has an IP67 waterproof design, and features an intuitive rotary switch user interface with a large backlit LCD display. The device also monitors correct and non-correct auxiliary earth spike resistance, and can measure earth voltages from 0 to 300 volts AC or DC. It is rated for CAT IV 100V applications.
