Job Description :
 Perform inspection for incoming raw materials, production batch finished good,
loading inspection and all routine analysis on the different samples and product to
classify their physical and chemical identity based on Quality Planning and
Standard Operation Manual.
 Issue product certificate of analysis for every batch of chemical produced.
 Acting as primary lab personnel by participating in R & D and lab work activities
 Management of inventory and expiry and revalidation of product COA.
 To ensure that all work meet quality control procedure based on Standard
Operational Manual.
 Attend customer complaint with regards to quality and preparation of corrective
action report.
 Participate fully in company’s QMS and HSEMS initiatives.
 Acting as Quality Management Representative for company ISO 9001
certification process.
 In charge for every ISO activity including internal and external audit.

Job Description :
 Carry out the job assigned by Production Manager, manufacturing from time

production activities and ensure the processes and procedures are followed
according to standard requirements.
Technical Skills
 Extensive knowledge in doing testing for formulated chemicals product involving
corrosion inhibitor testing for oil and gas industries and engineering techniques.
