I am committed to creating a comfortable
and tranquil environment where you will
feel safe and secure to discuss what
    troubles you. Understanding that it
takes great courage to embark on a
    journey of self-discovery, I provide
support and guidance through every step.
      By identifying your core issues,
 understanding set patterns of behaviors,
roles and defenses, you will discover the
          power of your potential.
“I believe strongly that with the right tools and support there is always a way out of
difficulties. Having gone through a very dark time in my own life has given me deeper
empathy and faith with which to guide others.
As a graduate of the Transformational Arts College, I have confidence in my skills and
ability to help you reach your potential to experience greater joy in your life.”
Dr. Sussman is a pioneer in a unique and advanced
approach to healing and wellness, a concept which
integrates a broad range of disciplines, with a focus on
body/mind/spirit integration and energy balancing. This
work is presently expanding through research,
development and recording of music for healing the
                        emotional body.
Dr. Sussman has special interest in the following areas:
   nutrition, herbal medicine, hydrotherapy, acupuncture,
radiography, manipulation, cranial and T.M.J., athletic
injuries and athletic performance enhancement, allergy,
environmental sensitivities, vibrational medicine including
crystals, use of colour, light and sound, homeopathy,
flower essences, gem elixirs, hands-on healing, long-
distance healing, Reiki, past-life therapy, meditation,
 chakras, chanting/drumming, imagery, visualization and
       dreamwork, learning disabilities, mental health,
             relationship and lifestyle counseling.
He does extensive and ongoing work with radio and print
media, as well as community, educational, and professional
groups in the Greater Toronto area to increase awareness of
  naturopathic, chiropractic and complementary medicine.
Dr. Elmira Francinelli graduated from the Canadian College
of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto and completed her
Bachelor of Science degree prior to her naturopathic training.
She works with a broad spectrum of patients and has a special
interest in pediatrics and woman’s health. She is focused on
addressing the underlying cause of disease to restore the body
to optimum health and on attaining balance mentally,
emotionally, spiritually and physically. Her private practice
incorporates herbal medicine, nutrition, acupuncture and
traditional Chinese medicine, homeopathy, hydrotherapy and
reiki. She has advanced training in Bowen therapy,
hydrotherapy and in cosmetic acupuncture and facial
rejuvenation. Dr. Francinelli is also a certified children’s yoga
instructor. Dr. Francinelli also brings balance to the corporate
world by implementing wellness programs in the
workplace. Her goal is to increase public awareness and
education of naturopathic medicine in her community. She
lectures and provides educational seminars on a variety of
                 health topics to diverse audiences.
Dr. Rogini uses Koren Specific Technique,
a low force technique that gently corrects
spinal & structural systems using a
     biofeedback mechanism. KST uses a
       chiropractic instrument called the
ArthrostimTM to tap the bone into place,
instead of using our hands to manually
adjust. This instrument allows us to easily
and comfortably adjust any bones, including
cranial bones, and any joints. KST is very
gentle, safe and powerful, and can be used
           with adults and children.

      Katie specializes in providing effective
treatments for the relief of Chronic Pain and
more specifically, neck tension and headaches.
She began specializing in these areas because of
her own experience with migraine headaches
     but more importantly, because Massage
Therapy is one of the most effective forms of
          treatment for these conditions.
Over the past 3 years, Katie has become well
known in the city of Vaughan as a Registered
   Massage Therapist who provides excellent
client care, education and most of all, results.
She is committed to the health and wellness of
each and every one of her clients, and is always
learning new ways to optimize healing.
Lucy Lagana is a graduate of the Ontario College of
Homeopathic Medicine. Her passion of homeopathy
has given her the knowledge and insight that is
needed to treat an individual taking into account their
mental, emotional and physical attributes in order to
get the core of that individual, treating them as a
whole and bringing them back into balance.
She has also spent years practicing as a Holistic
 Allergist using BioEnergetic Intolerance Elimination.
She attended The Institute of Natural Health
Technologies where she received her designation as a
         Registered Holistic Allergist (R.H.A).
Her extensive knowledge in the Holistic Nutrition
field lends its hand in all her practices. She graduated
from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition where
           she also graduated with honours.
Lucy has been on a path and journey of healing
bringing toward her knowledge, experiences and
genuine spirit to help all from infancy to elderly alike
bringing them back to health and vitality.
Daniel Lacoste is a Registered Holistic Allergist licensed by The
Institute of Natural Health Technologies, world leaders in
allergy research. Certification in Clinical & Cosmetic
Acupuncture, Acupressure and Reflexology has provided him
with a rich knowledge of natural healing. Daniel also coaches
individuals on the importance of nutritional cleansing as part of
an overall healthy plan to facilitate optimal health. His
continuing education in the alternative health field has given
him a diverse understanding of both health sciences and
philosophies of Eastern and Western societies, enabling him to
combine these practices to successfully service people of all
                   ages and their specific needs.

He believes that his personal life is very much intertwined with
his knowledge and experience gained from his ongoing
involvement in adventure sports and his studies in martial arts.
As well, his humanitarian work in Calcutta, India working with
Mother Teresa has been an invaluable learning tool.
Daniel’s immense attraction to health and healing enables him
to offer ancient health care solutions in a modern world, a
process he feels extremely passionate about.
Amanda began her studies in the health field at York
University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree
in Kinesiology and Health Science. With a keen interest in
health prevention, rehabilitation and functional restoration,
Amanda expanded her knowledge base at the Toronto
School of Traditional Chinese Medicine with a Diploma in
Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. It was here
that Amanda began to appreciate health from a holistic
point of view and the benefits of assessing the patient’s
complete physical, functional, emotional and visceral
health. With this approach Amanda is able to create
treatment plans specific to each individual’s needs and
address numerous health conditions at the same time.

After learning traditional acupuncture, Amanda decided to
study from a different perspective and enrolled in the
McMaster University Contemporary Medical Acupuncture
program. Here she was able to understand the effectiveness
and benefits of acupuncture from a scientific, evidence-
based approach. She now incorporates both traditional and
medical acupuncture techniques into all her treatments.

Amanda is committed to improving the lives of all her
patients and believes that a strong practitioner-patient
relationship is a key element to achieving this.
Shelly Reitkop is a member of the Ontario Association of
Naturopathic Doctors (OAND) and the Canadian Association
of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND) and is licensed under the
Board of Directors of Drugless Therapies.
Shelly is a graduate from the Canadian College of
Naturopathic Medicine, Canada’s premier institute for
education and research in naturopathic medicine. During her
clinical year at CCNM, Shelly practiced at the Robert Schad
Naturopathic Clinic, where she also worked on the Paediatric
Specialty shift. Additionally, she spent four months
practicing at LAMP Community Health Centre for low-
income families. While at LAMP, Shelly actively lead
monthly seminars at the Jane Tweed Centre for Women and
their Families in topics ranging from the benefits of exercise
to stress management techniques. In September 2009, she
 participated in a 10-week weight-management and healthy
lifestyle program aimed at educating members who are
committed to losing weight and improving their health.
Emphasizing disease prevention and health promotion,
Shelly works to motivate and inspire patients to achieve their
health goals by becoming active participants in their own
health. She works with other healthcare practitioners in order
to provide the greatest quality of care.
“It is my passion to share Incredible Knowledge, Personal
Experience, valuable Insight and rich Resources I have personally
gained from in my last 20 years as a Woman, Wife, Parent,
              Intuitive, Consultant and Entrepreneur.
Numerology & Astrology allow me to recognize character and
purpose, gifts and talents; how to navigate our way and
                     understand Divine Timing.
Using Classical Feng Shui I recognize the significant Influences
of the Environment we live and work in and how to use them to
                support our Well-being and Success.
Extensive Knowledge and Experience of Holistic Healing
supports the Health and Well-being of myself, family, friends and
                                clients.
                           If you are ready:
for Clarity, Peace, & Empowerment in the unfolding of your
                               Answers;
                       to Resolve Challenges;
to Discover, Support & Realize the Potential dormant in You,
                  your Relationships or Business;
                        to live Authentically,
                  Book your appointment today.”
“Less than two years ago I was searching for something, and at the time I didn‟t
know what that something was, yet hoped for a magic wand or miracle pill that I
could use to transform my life. When the Akashic Records fell into my lap I
knew it was the missing piece I had been awaiting. Little did I know then, that a
single modality could have such an instrumental effect on my life. At the time, I
was struggling with issues around self definition, worthiness and visibility. All
my life I felt as though I was physically intact yet essentially empty inside. I was
conforming to expectations of others and trying to „fit in‟ while dismissing my
internal voice and this led to inner turmoil. I internalized this as constantly
thinking something was wrong with me and as a result, found it easier to live
my life according to somebody else‟s rules rather than creating my own.
Now I have transformed my life by shedding antiquated thought patterns and
allowing my true identity to emerge. My perception of life events is completely
different and I realize how easily I can create the life I want, and do so from a
place of empowerment. An invaluable part of my journey has been awakening to
the fact that we are responsible for creating our reality, thus I choose to create
one of joy, love and abundance.
How does this relate to you?
Having experienced such a pivotal personal transformation, I now commit to
helping others do the same. It is my desire to share what I have tapped into –
that source of innate, infinite joy which is fundamentally your birthright. I am
available to assist and guide you to a life of freedom, possibility and creation. I
invite you to release the old, heavy, unnecessary load of limiting beliefs that you
are no longer required to carry. Patterns such as „I can‟t do it‟ or „What will
others think of me‟ or „I was always told to do it this way‟ no longer serve you,
nor can they exist in a life of personal empowerment and confidence.”

When the Akashic Records fell into my lap I knew it was the missing piece I had been awaiting. Little did I know then, that a single modality could have such an instrumental effect on my life. At the time, I was struggling with issues around self definition, worthiness and visibility. All my life I felt as though I was physically intact yet essentially empty inside. I was conforming to expectations of others and trying to „fit in‟ while dismissing my internal voice and this led to inner turmoil. I internalized this as constantly thinking something was wrong with me and as a result, found it easier to live my life according to somebody else‟s rules rather than creating my own. Now I have transformed my life by shedding antiquated thought patterns and allowing my true identity to emerge. My perception of life events is completely different and I realize how easily I can create the life I want, and do so from a place of empowerment. An invaluable part of my journey has been awakening to the fact that we are responsible for creating our reality, thus I choose to create one of joy, love and abundance. How does this relate to you? Having experienced such a pivotal personal transformation, I now commit to helping others do the same. It is my desire to share what I have tapped into – that source of innate, infinite joy which is fundamentally your birthright. I am available to assist and guide you to a life of freedom, possibility and creation. I invite you to release the old, heavy, unnecessary load of limiting beliefs that you are no longer required to carry. Patterns such as „I can‟t do it‟ or „What will others think of me‟ or „I was always told to do it this way‟ no longer serve you, nor can they exist in a life of personal empowerment and confidence.”
