It lists over 20 communities and includes for each a brief paragraph describing its location, amenities, property types, and other key details. The communities range from gated golf course communities to waterfront condominium buildings and span various parts of Naples.

 Barefoot Beach
Barefoot Beach is located in the northwest portion of Collier County off Bonita Beach Road.
Barefoot Beach is made up of over 450 acres of lush landscape and beautiful views of the Gulf of
Mexico and the back bays. This community also boasts about its three miles of beautiful, white,
sandy beaches. Residents enjoy a variety of lifestyles. Enjoy the boater's life or a fabulous
clubhouse that is just walking distance. The Club is located right on the beach and is a private,

 Bay Forest
Bay Forest is located in one of the most convenient locations in North Naples, west of US
41 on the west side of Vanderbilt Beach Road, just minutes away from the very popular
Vanderbilt Beach! Amenities abound at Bay Forest with over 2 miles of walking, jogging or biking
paths, tennis, a boardwalk and tiki hut, sports park and more. You can even go canoeing on the
lake! Bay Forest consists of villas and condos ranging from approximately 1,200 square foot to
over 2,200 square feet of living space.

 Blue Heron
Blue Heron is located off of Radio Road and is in between Santa Barbara Boulevard and
Davis Boulevard. This gated community is consists of 324 condominium units and 238 attached
villa homes. All villa homes and units are positioned around five sparkling lakes. Home sites offer
either lake or landscaped views. Residents of condos and villa homes can enjoy their own private
pool and clubhouse.
 Bonita Bay
Bonita Bay is located in Bonita Springs, Florida and was built by the Bonita Bay Group in
Southwest Florida. This luxury community set the standard for environmentally responsible
development featuring over 1400 acres of open space, natural preserves, sparkling lakes and
12+ miles of bike and jogging paths meandering throughout the community. Wildlife abounds in
every corner of Bonita Bay from eagles to egrets, deer and dolphin. There are four waterfront
parks offering residents the ability to stretch out and relax under the warm Florida sun!
Properties within this gated community include single-family homes, carriage homes, luxury

Designated as the world's first Audubon International Signature Sanctuary, Collier's

Cypress Woods Golf and Country Club is located off of Immokalee Road and is two minutes
east of I-75. This individual gated community features an 18-hole golf course that was designed
by Gordon Lewis. The golf course features over 6,300 yards. The course was rated a 71.7 and a
slope rating of 136. Cypress Woods features a country club that offers a pro shop, dinning
rooms, fitness center, swimming pool, card room, walking paths and tennis courts. Residents
also enjoy the luxury of traveling ten minutes and arriving at the beautiful beaches of Naples or
drive just 20 minutes and arrive at Southwest Florida Airport. Cypress Woods features

 Eden on the Bay
Ideally located west of US 41 and just three miles to Southwest Florida's popular Barefoot

 Falling Waters
Falling Waters can be found in three different locations in Naples, Florida. At the Davis
Boulevard location, residents enjoy a world famous 10,000 sq ft. tropical resort style pool, enjoy
peaceful lake views or waterfall views from every lanai. The Beach Resort is located at the
corner of 951 and US 41 and has a tropical lazy river pool and waterfalls running throughout the
whole property. Finally, the North Preserve is nestled in 19 acres of preserve and features
waterfalls. Also, there is a free flowing pool surrounded by nature. This is a condominium
community.

 Hammock Bay Golf & Country Club

4. Hammock Bay Golf and Country Club is a gated golf course community located just over
two miles north of Marco Island. The Peter Jacobsen designed golf course is the centerpiece of
the community that features luxury high-rise condominiums and villas. The high-rise towers
(Lesina, Aversana and Serano) offer spectacular views of the Ten Thousand Islands, Gulf of
Mexico and Marco Island. The villas (Borghese and Rialto) are located along the golf course. The
Hammock Bay Golf and Country Club has indoor and outdoor dining areas, fitness center, tennis
courts, pro shop and a beautiful pool.

 Heritage Bay
Heritage Bay is located on Immokalee Road in North Naples, 1.3 miles east of Collier Blvd.
Its 718 acres is bounded by two huge quarry lakes along with 1,800 acres of cypress preserve.
The community features a 27-hole course, designed by Gordon Lewis and Jed Azinger, a new
27,000 square foot club house and an 8,000 square foot fitness center. Its golf course provides
ample landing areas for occasional players and strategic hazards in place for the lower handicap
player. Greens are large and undulating, averaging 7,000 square feet with Tif Eagle grass offer
the best putting surfaces in southwest Florida. Heritage Bay offers Har Tru tennis courts with
stadium seating, a resort style pool with tiki hut bar & grill, 5 satellite pools, and much more.

 Heritage Greens
Heritage Greens is a gated golfing community located on Immokalee Road, west of CR
951. Attached villas and single-family homes surround the exquisite Arrowhead golf course, an
18-hole, 6,900 yard public course designed by Gordon Lewis. Each picturesque hole is nestled
among 16 lakes and wide fare ways with plenty of sand and water challenges to trip up even the
most avid golfer. Practice your golf skills on the unique water driving range. Properties were built
between 1998 and 2005 utilizing a variety of floor plans. Heritage Greens residents can enjoy a
gorgeous, conveniently located clubhouse featuring a golf pro shop, and restaurant and
community center with pool and spa. There is a fitness center, tennis courts, and basketball
courts. A community picnic area and playground make this an especially great place for children
and grandchildren.

 Ibis Cove
Ibis Cove is located off Immokalee Road, just east of I-75 and is comprised of single family
homes and attached villas. Properties range in size from 1,400 square feet to approximately
1,875 square feet of living area and were built between 2002 and 2003. Most have two
bedrooms with a den, three bedrooms or three bedrooms with a den. Surrounded by several
sparkling lakes, this gated community has a true neighborhood feel with a tropical flair. There is
an Olympic sized community pool with spa, exercise room, play area, billiards and tennis courts
all within the clubhouse conveniently located at the front of the community. Close to many local

 Imperial Golf Estates
Imperial Golf Estates is a located just a few miles west of Interstate 75 off US41, just
north of Immokalee Road. Imperial is a gated golf community, offering single family homes,
attached and detached villas, and condos. The community offers two fabulous 18-hole golf
courses. The community offers optional choices for residents -- nonmember, social member or a
full-equity member. The amenities include fitness room, golf course, putting green, resort
community pool & spa, tennis court, clubhouse, and a bike and jog path.

 Indigo Lakes

5. Indigo Lakes is located off of Collier Boulevard (CR951) close to Immokalee Road. This is a
gated community of 397 single family homes. Indigo Lakes has a 3,300 square foot clubhouse, a
fitness room, lighted basketball & tennis courts, a large pool, and wading pool. All the single
family homes floor plans include at least a 3,000 square foot living space.

 Kensington
Kensington Golf and Country Club is a private, member-owned country club, nestled within
an intimate gated community. The Kensington community has only 566 home sites situated on
370 acres of land. The community is located in the center of Naples, only a short drive from
downtown and area beaches. Kensington Golf & Country Club boasts a spectacular Robert Trent
Jones, Jr. golf course. The championship golf course is 6,848 yard, par 71 masterpiece with

 Key Royal Condominiums
Key Royal Condominiums is a gated community of low rise condominiums located off
Immokalee Road, east of I-75. The one to three bedroom, lakefront condominiums in this
community were built between 2003 and 2004 and feature fully equipped kitchens, abundant
closet space, vaulted ceilings, plant shelves, garden patios and more. There is on-site storage
and carports available. The outdoor enthusiast will enjoy the amenities afforded by Key Royal
including a picnic area, biking/jogging paths, clubhouse with community pool and spa, 24-hour
exercise room, and tiki hut. This community is very pet friendly and conveniently located near a
variety of local shopping plazas and grocery stores, just a short distance from Naples’ world
famous beaches.

 Laurel Lakes
Laurel Lakes is a low-density, gated community located in North Naples, made up of just
under 200 signature and estate homes. This prestigious community is lushly landscaped with
sidewalks throughout for walking, biking and jogging. As its name implies, there are many
sparkling lakes nestled amongst these gorgeous properties. Ranging in living area between
1,700 and 3,100 square feet, a variety of two to five bedroom floor plans are available from
which to choose. Most were built between 2000 and 2004. The exquisite clubhouse includes a
pool and spa, billiards, social rooms, fitness center, tennis courts and a basketball court. Laurel
Lakes is conveniently located near many local shopping centers, grocery stores and restaurants.
Collier County Recreational Park is just 10 minutes away and the Gulf of Mexico is just a short
drive west.

 Lely Golf Estates
Lely Golf Estates, located just past Lely Country Club is a deed restricted, private golf
course community with rolling fare ways and sprawling neighborhoods set against a backdrop of
lush and mature landscape. The Hibiscus Golf Course winds in and around many of the
properties. Real estate in Lely Golf Estates includes low rise condominiums and single family
homes. Properties range in size from 925 to over 2000 square feet in living area, approximately.

6. The Royal Palm Country Club is offered to residents and includes a community pool, spa, cabana
area, barbeque picnic and play area. Sidewalks are lighted for biking, jogging or walking at any
time of day. This sprawling community has a very spacious feel with lots of acreage set amongst
golf, preserve and water vistas. Lely Golf Estates is located just minutes away from East Naples
Community Park, the Naples Botanical Park and Sugden Park. Physician's Regional Medical
Center is just minutes away.

 Lely Resort
Wide boulevards, gorgeous homes, lush landscaping, and a beautiful monument called The
Lely Freedom Horse welcomes you to this community. Lely Resort is close to Marco Island along
with easy access to downtown Naples. This community offers coach homes, single family homes,
town homes, casitas, condominiums, or custom built single-family estates. Along with the
variety of living styles, Lely Resort offers protected preserves and three championship golf
courses designed by Lee Trevino/William Graves, Gary Player, and Robert Trent Jones. Along
with the golf courses, there are two luxurious clubhouses. Lely Resort offers residents a separate


 Lemuria
Lemuria is a gated community located on Goodlette Road, south of Vanderbilt Beach Road
offering quaint tropical living with a casual Naples lifestyle. Just 72 coach homes are situated
around a sparkling lake and meticulous landscaping. There are 3 and 4 bedroom floor plans that
include between 2,400 and 2,800 square feet of living area. Close to all of the most popular

 Marbella Lakes
Marbella Lakes offers a variety of model homes consisting of carriage and single-family
homes, Marbella Lakes has a Mediterranean feel with expansive views across neighborhoods and
lakes. The Amalfi Collection consists of carriage homes including two and three bedroom floor
plans with one or two car garages. The single family collection of homes known as the Catalina
Collection, includes floor plans with up to 3,200 square feet of living area, two to five bedrooms

 Milano

7. Found just along the quiet Livingston corridor in Naples is Milano, a community made up of
single family, attached villas and low rise condominium properties situated around natural
habitat preserve areas and sparkling lakes. These properties range in living area from
approximately 1,500 to 1,750 square feet with three or more bedrooms and two baths.
Amenities include a community pool and spa with sundeck, barbeque grills, basketball and tennis

 Olde Cypress
Olde Cypress is a luxury gated golfing community consisting of single family homes and

Pelican Bay is located in north Naples, directly on the Gulf of Mexico. It consists of 2,104 acres,

under the stars at the private beach pavilions along a winding boardwalk through preserve areas

Oak Park has 8 Har-Tru courts equipped with lights.

 Pelican Landing
Pelican Landing in Bonita Springs is a gated community consisting of 2,365 tropical acres
bordered by an aquatic preserve, Estero Bay on the West and Spring Creek on the South.
Pelican Landing has been carefully designed to preserve the natural beauty of the Southwest
Florida landscape including majestic oaks, natural pines, and tropical vegetation. The choice of
residents include single family homes, villas, coach homes, garden condominiums, mid-rise
condominiums, and high-rise bay-front condominiums boasting between 1,305 and 7,370 square
feet of exquisite living space. Residents enjoy a large array of activities including golfing, biking,

 Pelican Marsh
Pelican Marsh is a beautiful gated community consisting of 2,075 acres with 133 acres of
natural preserves. Residences consist of single family, multi-family, villas and high rise homes.
Pelican Marsh offers a community center, tennis facility and golf club. Golf consists of an 18

8. hole, par 72 Robert Von Hagge designed course. Conveniently offering three entrances off US
41, Vanderbilt Beach Road and Airport Pulling Road, Pelican Marsh has been named one of
America's 100 best master-planned communities by "Where to Retire" Magazine. Vanderbilt
beach is less then 2 miles away and the community is close to shopping and restaurants.

 Quail Creek
Quail Creek, a gated community that features two spectacular golf courses that were designed
by Arthur Hills, is located off of Immokalee Road and is just minutes from Interstate 75. The golf
course has 36 challenging holes with only 580 Golf memberships. Residents enjoy an elegant
clubhouse, fine dining, state-of-the-art fitness center, 13 Har-Tru tennis courts (5 of which are
lighted for the night play), a complete spa and massage facility, and a large heated swimming
pool with a sauna and whirlpool.

 Quail West
Quail West is located east of Interstate 75 and off of Bonita Beach Road. Quail West offers
650 single family, estate-sized homes on natural woodland areas. These estates are surrounded
by championship Arthur hills golf courses and lakes. The gorgeous 70,000 square foot country
club features amenities for fitness and aerobics, numerous dining rooms, tennis courts,

 Reflection Lakes
Reflection Lakes is located off of Tamiami Trail and south of Collier Boulevard and offers
residents convenient access to the beaches, dining and shopping. The Reflection Lakes
clubhouse consists of a state-of-the-art fitness center, card rooms for meetings and activities,
aerobics center, administrative rooms, billiards, large screen TV, locker rooms and showers,


 Riverstone

 Saturnia Lakes
Saturnia Lakes is located just a few minutes east of Interstate 75, near Logan Boulevard.
Saturnia Lakes is tucked behind cascading waterfalls, sparkling water fountains, nature
preserves and scenery covering over 6 acres. Amenities include a splendid 12,000 square foot
clubhouse that includes a grand ballroom, sports & billiards room, card room, dance studio,
fitness center, arts and crafts center and a Internet Café. In addition to the clubhouse, Saturnia
Lakes offer four lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, sandy beach, basketball court, men's and

 Stonebridge
The lushly landscaped Stonebridge community is comprised of low-rise condominiums,
coach homes, detached villas and single-family estate homes. Properties range in living area
from approximately 1,600 to over 2,800 square feet. Set amongst one of Naples' finest 18-hole,
par 71 championship golf courses, Stonebridge offers residents private membership to this

 Talis Park

The Quarry, located off of Immokalee Road and east of Interstate 75, is a community that
