I started home bakery seriously in 2008 after soul searching
after sometimes.I have to do something for myself after my
children have grown up.Baking or cooking and handicrafts are
my passions.
I would to share some tips for baking.
1- All dry ingredients especially flour must be seived .The aim
is to allow air to get into the flour so that the cakes will be
fluffy and not hard.
2- Eggs should be in a small bowl first.This is be save in case
the eggs are rotten and if you put directly into the butter and
sugar mixture,it will be a waste.
