Zee Entertainment Enterprises: Essel Group is to sell a 16.5 percent stake in Zee to financial
investors, reported CNBC-TV18.
Tata Motors: Moody's has assigned a B1 rating to JLR's 500 million euro proposed notes.
Coffee Day: Lenders invoked a 4.20 percent pledged stake of the company on November 19.
Reliance Capital: Delhi High Court has restricted the company from selling its balance
approximately 4.5 percent stake in RNAM.
Intellect Design: The company received an order from the Philippines Business Bank.
Aurobindo Pharma: U.S. Food and Drug Administration sent Form 483 observations to the
company for October inspections. (BN)
Diamines & Chemicals: Promoters increased their stake by 17.8 percent to 50.4 percent the
company on Nov. 18.
Dilip Buildcon has received provisional certificate of completion for HAM Project in
Maharashtra. Scheduled completion date was May 28,2020.
U.S. MARKET CHECK
Japanese and Australian shares slipped along with those in South
Korea. U.S. shares dropped earlier after Reuters said that a pact
between the two countries may be delayed. The developments came
after China threatened to retaliate for the Senate’s passage of a bill
that sought to support Hong Kong’s autonomy from Beijing.
